Josette A. Daglieri is the co-founder of the Daglieri Law Firm, PLLC and practices in the areas of trusts and estates and real estate law.
Josette focuses on estate planning to meet the many individuals needs of her clients, including drafting wills, irrevocable and revocable trusts, insurance trusts, health care proxies, living wills and powers of attorney. She advises clients on issues of asset protection and lifetime wealth transfers. She provides counseling and designs plans based on the personal priorities, family situations, and financial positions of each of her clients.
Josette also practices in the area of Probate, Estate and Trust Administration.
Josette has extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate acquisitions and sales and the structuring of various corporate structures for real property management and asset protection.
