Agency and Balance Sheet Lending
For years, Christian Daglieri has represented lenders in the financing of multifamily properties through the various Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lending programs, including the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting Servicing Program and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer Program. In addition, he has worked with various lenders making permanent, bridge and construction loans for retention on their balance sheet and in their portfolios as well as loan workouts.
Real Estate Transactions
Both Christian Daglieri and Josette Daglieri have extensive experience in representing clients in both the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential properties- cooperatives, condominiums, multifamily, mixed use properties and residential homes.
Trusts and Estates
Josette Daglieri has over a decade of experience in both assisting clients with all phases of the probate and administration process as well as providing counseling and designing plans based on the personal priorities, family situations, and financial positions of each of her clients.
